1. Handling checks, transfers and all trade finance document as follows :
· Export letters of credit & standby letters of credit.
· Import letters of credit.
· Inward documentary collections.
· Letters of guarantee analysis to local & foreign suppliers, which requires reviews on the terms and maturity of payments by coordinating with the internal departments.
2. Follow-up and handle short-term investments like time deposits, treasury bills, and overnight interest on a daily basis.
3. Responsible for all treasury bookkeeping via SAP for all bank transactions.
4. Reviewing all banks operations on daily basis interest, HDBC, charges, commissions via shadow account for each bank.
