2- Receiving customer’s complaints/ suggestions and working on providing appropriate resolutions
3- Feeding the complaints / suggestions in the system as per category
4- Following-up on the entered complaints / suggestions to ensure they are being handled appropriately
5- Following-up with the marketing department to close completed/resolved complaints / suggestions in the system
