KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - LO Manager
1) Overall Responsibility for the Legal Entities including the Lease, Banking, Security, IT, HR, Registrations and P&L for the LO in the region
2) To train and control the performance of the offices in the region. Keep records.
3) To manage the relations with the governmental client and any other main stakeholders for technical issues, to liaise technical issues between PM and government client.
4) To provide required liaison between local client in the countries, and Intertek offices overseas, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
5) Provide advice and assistance to local client and importers on all aspects of the Programme
6) Through official meetings, seminars, and visits, inform the local business communities about benefits and latest developments of the Programme
7) When appropriate, provide requested training to the staff of local client on key operational features of the Programme
8) Arrange regular visits to our main offices/laboratories abroad for key members of staff of our local client
9) Provide monthly activity reports to both the client and Intertek’s senior management
10) Overall responsibilities for the Operations and staff performance. Keep records
11) Approving / Implementing Strategy for Sales and marketing Plan aiming to grow market share

12) OTHER BD RELATED TASKS
a. Assisting Business development with any special project, mainly in the role of Senior Technical CAP expert
b. Assisting operations and BD in any set-up and start up of new offices, (incl contacts and meeting with government client)
