-Maximizing equipment reliability, availability through using planned maintenance most effectively.
-Preparing PM plan and schedule within one year.
-Providing spare parts stock controlling system.
-Diagnosing failures for machines and ability to set and action plan.
-Manage, plan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure machine and equipment safety.
-Diagnosing equipment breakdown, Root cause finding, analysis for breakdowns, set an action plan.
- Providing technical reports of failures analysis, recommendations and take action.
- Providing maintenance task lists and operation instruction for equipment.
- Ability to train the TPM and self-maintenance for the shop floor .
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
