The spare parts sales representative serves customers by selling Spare Parts meeting.
Spare parts Sales Representative Job Duties:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on parts needed
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
as well as monitring the existing stock and in case of shoratge in any spare part, will order a new part from the ware house.
