Principal Accountabilities:
· Coordinate between the call center and the manager’s and director’s instructions
· Evaluate customer calls
· Receive daily calls report and weekly reports from the real estate consultants
· Write internal and external memos that are related to the division and follow up with
the different departments
· Maintain the sales division’s files
· Prepare "Ice breaking" forms related to new customers
· Prepare daily reports and send them to the sales director
· Review the division’s different contracts and coordinate with the contracts department
· Perform all petty cash procedures that are related to the division and their settlement
· Prepare invoices and check settlement forms that are related to internal and external fairs 
· Coordinate between the sales director and the fair\exhibitions companies that the company deals with
· Attend network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
· Communicate with sales team for status of order and position of sales.
