• Create awareness about Profiles International Training & services in Egypt
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting
• Designing all proposals, contracts and revise documents before issuing to clients
• Develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
• Expand current business and develop new business opportunities in the region with existing and new clients according to Sales Plans and targets set.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships including proposals and customer satisfaction.
• Establishes and approves workloads, work methods and performance standards.
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
