Quattro Company search for Office Manager Experience min 3 max 5 years to do the Following:-
1. Follow up all departments work (Maintenance, sales, tenders, offers, customs and account Dept.)
2. Make offers, all tenders work.
3. Responsible for Maintenance dep with following up works and reports.
4. Responsible for client and costumer management.
5. Follow up all works related to the shipments (Bank, Health APPR) until delivering.
6. Follow up & finish bank paper.
7. Responsible for archiving and documentation.
8. Responsible for Customs work, receiving shipments
9. Carry out all Secretarial & administrative activities for the Admin Dept.
10.Receive phone calls and provide information to clients and callers.
11.Meet and greet clients and visitors.
12.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
13.Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet.
14.Responsible for a variety of staff functions for the organization including office services and support, facilities management, maintenance, purchasing.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications.
• Follow-up administrative affairs and security standards
Working hours: from 9 am to 5 pm
Job Location: Nasr City
Salaries: Start from 3000 to 5000 EGP based on the experience.
Note:
- Job Applicant must accept to travel outside Egypt
Job Applicant must have a local and international driving licens
