• Participate with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization
• Foster effective team work between Executive Director and staff
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization
• Deliver train the trainers’ module to all interfaces and coach them on floor to ensure they are following the set training standards and are up to the required level
• Lead & assist in the administration of Experiential training programs
• Manage her/his trainers’ schedules and ensure a balanced distribution and load
• Ensure standard quality checks of training materials and administration
• Ensure standard quality checks of Experiential training delivery and administration as per the department’s policies.
• Design and conduct Experiential training sessions
• Ensure regular updates to the training materials
• Develop needed training materials
• Receive & review the working Instruction sent by the CRM team.
• Interface and attend the different projects’ meetings with the project members from the beginning to be aligned with the projects milestones and progress
• Act as a source of expertise in her/his
• Issue activities and progress reports (weekly/monthly/Half/Annual)
• Revise all sources/market of information to ensure updated data collection and knowledge
• Ensure standard quality checks of training delivery and administration
• Identify Customers’ requirements in collaboration with business partners and design training solutions to meet business needs
• Maintain the existing training tracking system and produce reports that meet the information needs.
